Leveraging its experience in operating semi-submersible ships for domestic and foreign clients through these semi-submersible vessels, Fanzhou embarked on a significant initiative in 2016 of investing in the construction of its own 60,000-ton semi-submersible ship, which was formally put into operation in 2019. Later in 2020, another semi-submersible barge has joined our fleet. The accession of these semi-submersible ships represents a pivotal step for Fanzhou in enhancing its competitive edge in the international shipping market.

Ship dispatching and towing business represents a traditional advantageous area of Fanzhou. With our superb technical team, Fanzhou operates and manages a variety of and more than 10 tugboats covering 4,000 to 8,000 horsepower in order to meet the market demand. As the ship equipment tends to be larger, we have constantly optimized our towing solutions and expanded our business scope from conventional ship towing and dispatching to the towing of special ships such as offshore oil platforms, scrapped vessels, WTIV, large floating cranes, large hulls, FPSOs, etc.

We have successively provided platform services in domestic and international oilfields, like oilfield in UAE in terms of material and equipment transportation, oil and water supply, and personnel transportation. In addition, we actively participate in shipwreck salvage and sea rescue projects.With the development of Renewable energy extended from land to sea, the offshore Renewable energy business stepped into a phase of rapid installation by 2020. Fanzhou seized the opportunity to vigorously promote the development of sea transportation projects of wind turbines and actively participate in the supporting services for the installation of offshore Renewable energy. In recent years, Fanzhou have also provided global transportation services for Jacket and wind turbine blades to countries such as UK and US.
